Returns & Exchange
The Flying Room does strict quality checks on every product, takes extra care in packaging before delivering, and ensures every item is sent to the correct address. In very rare circumstances the goods might get damaged in the post, unfortunately this is beyond our control and The Flying Room cannot take responsibility.
Refunds will ONLY be granted as a result of major fault, for example, wrong items being sent out, which would happen rarely.
To request a refund please email us at sales@theflyingroom.com within 7 days of receipt of your items. We will have assessment on your request, based on information and images you supply. The Flying Room reserves the right to deny refunds for reasons that are not matched with the specification in your order. It is your sole responsibility to check our descriptions and measurements accurately prior to checkout.
Please ensure all returned products are unused, undamaged, in original condition. Please keep evidence of return. If the returned items are missing in the post, we cannot take responsibility and won’t grant the refunds.
You are required to pay the delivery costs of the return to The Flying Room. We will not refund initial delivery, except if it is our fault, for example, sending out wrong items.
