Delivery

We ship your items within 48 hours as soon as we receive your orders. For orders made on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, we ship on the following business day. Once we’ve sent out your items, we will email you the delivery date. 

Although we try our best to display the correct availability of our products, some items might be out of stock at the time of your order. In that case, we will contact and update you with an estimated delivery date. We will send out the backordered item straight way. If you do not wish to wait, you can always exchange the item or receive a full refund.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We use Registered Post for domestic orders. Expected delivery time is 2-3 business days for all metropolitan areas in Australia. Proof of posting and a signature will be required on delivery for your items. 

* For urgent deliveries, Express Post Platinum Parcel service is available and charges at a weight-based shipping rate. Express Post Platinum Parcel service offers guaranteed next business day delivery and online tracking function. Proof of posting and a signature will be required on delivery for your items.

International Shipping

For orders under AU$180, We charge a flat rate of US$25 for international shipping. 
We offer FREE shipping for a minimum purchase of US$180.

We use Registered Post International for international orders. Expected delivery time is up to 3-10 business days. Proof of posting and a signature will be required on delivery for your items. You may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order and will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival.

For customers who are located in/near Hong Kong, we might be able to adjust the shipping cost for products that are stocked in Hong Kong. For a specified shipping cost and delivery date, please contact us before your purchase. 

* For urgent deliveries, Express Post International service is available and charges at a weight-based shipping rate. It offers reliable delivery within 3-7 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities and online tracking function. 

Insurance

All shipping does not include insurance and unfortunately, we cannot assume liability for loss.

Tracking Service

ONLY if you choose to ship via Express Post Platinum Parcel and Express Post International service, you will be able track your items online. Tracking number will be sent in the delivery confirmation email. For standard registered post service, please contact us if you would like to track your items.
